More than half of that 30% is still hydroelectric. 181 gigawatts of #solar #photovoltaic was the installed capacity in 2014, with a 51% annual growth rate over the previous 10 years, and 211 TWh were produced with it. 154 GW of renewables were added in 2015 (at a cost of US$286 billion, or US$1.86 per watt; unfortunately the article doesn’t give broken-out numbers for PV and wind, just a total across all renewables) and 97 GW of conventional generation.
