#Putin at #Valdai in #Sochi on #drones in 2014: “Today, many types of high-precision #weaponry are already close to mass-destruction weapons in terms of their capabilities, and in the event of full renunciation of nuclear weapons or radical reduction of nuclear potential, nations that are leaders in creating and producing high-precision systems will have a clear military advantage.” #politics #precision

Hillary #Clinton did defend a rapist in court in 1975, but did not volunteer
German politician Selin Gören, Bundessprecherin der Linksjugend „Solid“, was raped in January, apparently by immigrants, and lied about it to police to protect them, which the fascists are having a field day with. Apparently this is actually real.

#politics Glenn Beck endorses Clinton; he’s been opposed to #Trump for a while. Posted on his Facebook page but reported on Trump organ Breitbart. “If the consequence of standing against Trump and for principles is indeed the election of Hillary Clinton, so be it. At least it is a moral, ethical choice.”
some kind of impenetrable inside baseball post about black feminism. Apparently a new movie called “Birth of a Nation” came out (not the racist one, but instead a biography of Nat Turner) and some black guy named Nate Parker who worked on it was accused of raping someone when he was in college who committed suicide a decade later

Journalist Natasha Stoynoff, who had been interviewing celebrities for 20 years and once sparred with Mike Tyson, writes about how #Trump pushed her against a wall and french-kissed her by surprise in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, in 2005, then told her they were “going to have an affair”, then tried to surprise her at her massage-therapy appointment, but didn’t quite get to raping her. Trump denied everything and began yelling at the reporter over the phone #politics
CBS News’ Emily Schulthers thinks the relevant aspect of #Trump’s tape bragging about sexual assault was that it contained “lewd remarks”, not that it was admitting to sexual assault. Also, in 1992 he made lascivious remarks about a 10-year-old girl in an “Entertainment Tonight” Christmas feature, and in 2001 he would walk into the dressing rooms of beauty pageants where contestants including Tasha Dixon were “half naked”, as he bragged on the Howard Stern show in 2005. #politics
“Four women who competed in the 1997 Miss Teen #USA beauty pageant said Donald #Trump walked into the dressing room while contestants — some as young as 15 — were changing.” One was Mariah Billado. Others (Jessica Granata, Allison Bowman, Crystal Hughes) say he couldn’t have been there (or they would have seen him, I guess.) #politics
