The off-the-shelf stimulator, a “TNS SM2 / MF” made by Pierenkemper GmbH, runs off a 9-volt battery and delivers 70mA on I guess each of two channels; three potentiometers offer control, including two supposedly calibrated in mA and one in Hz. He demos stimulating the palm flexor muscle; at 10mA his hand contracts. The electrodes are sticky and come on a plastic pad that permits reusing them without having to apply gel. #electronics #hardware
