on 02024-12-10#Summer is 20.1% body fat, 2σ below the mean, and tried creatine to see if it helps or hurts with #calisthenics. She got dehydrated for a week! Then in the second week she had to sleep more. She didn’t have any muscle or strength gains within three weeks, but did see bulk gains, and had a hard time swimming and walking up stairs due to weight gain. She recovered in weeks 5 and 6 and started to notice striations. According to the body scans her lean mass increased 1.5kg, and apparently not any extra water, and her muscle mass went from 57.3kg to 59.5kg. And she saw massive gains in strength on the exercises she was focusing on, such as tuck planche pushups and front levers. Comments point out that creatine might have an especially large effect on her because she’s a vegan. #exercise #video

on 02024-12-07#video on #exercise, #Summerfunfitness explaining how to work up to being able to do a pullup by doing negative pullups, and doing a pullup every time she went in and out of her bedroom. She does six reps for three sets, making the reps more difficult rather than doing more reps, but says it’s because she doesn’t enjoy doing high reps of pullups.
