Library dream

Last night, I dreamed I took refuge in a library. The door was a vault
doors like the ones we use at work, locked with a combination lock and
clad in heavy steel, with a thick rubber gasket.

The room was not large for a library --- a bit larger than my living
room --- and its walls were filled with books. The middle of the room
had rows upon rows of short bookshelves. Many of the books were
enormously-thick aged dictionaries and encyclopedias.

No librarian was in evidence.

As I paged through some books picked at random from the shelves, I
remembered. I had built this library in my basement to preserve
books --- thus the lock and seal.

I was taking refuge from the police.
