"Mediasoup" is an open-source #WebRTC #videoconferencing application with a Rust library implementation, a node.js library implementation, a standalone server, and a JS client, all ISC-licensed I think, and you can stream to it with ffmpeg or gstreamer (or I guess OBS Studio).
