#Twitter-cards use #OpenGraph tags including twitter:creator (your @username), twitter:description (up to 200 characters, or og:description), twitter:title (up to 70, or og:title), twitter:image (up to 1MB, or og:image), and a twitter:card for specifying the card type (summary, summary_large_image, etc.) These are all just meta@name values.
on 02016-01-11#RocketChat didn’t use #Open-Graph preview information recently, but my testing seems to show that it does now, although this bug isn’t updated.
on 02016-01-11“When you share a link in a #Slack message, the link preview contains embedded information from #Twitter-Cards, #oEmbed, or #Open-Graph.” Apparently this is how to control how your links preview in Twitter and Fecebutt too. Also works in #RocketChat.
