on 02024-01-31Golden Common #Lisp from #Gold-Hill required 512KiB of RAM in 01985 on MS-DOS 2.0, though in that Computerworld article, David Touretzky said it’s “not a full Common Lisp implementation”, which apparently had to wait for version 3 in 01988. Part of the problem was apparently that it was dynamically scoped. #history
