#Agner Fog has written a GPL utility called objconv useful for, among other things, #disassembling an ELF or COFF/PE file into assemblable assembly (in NASM, FASM, gas, or MASM syntax) with useful labels, but it only supports Intel/AMD architectures. Faced with a RISC-V ELF executable it disassembles it as amd64!
