#video by #Alyssa-Vanilla about giving up #vanlife due to migraines, copper IUD problems, and other health problems. A cold, windy hike kicked her ass back to Love’s Truck Stop. Lots of footage of hiking around in the desert.
on 02024-05-01#vanlife #video about a minivan conversion by "Alyssa Vanilla", whose video about being stalked went viral. Stained plywood and painted pine boxes screwed together on stringers and hinges with leather handles, with a yoga mat on top of a box as a bed, plus some open-cell foam as a mattress, cut to size with an electric kitchen knife. PVA glue to attach wood trim on the outside of furniture. Flooring seems to be prefab tongue-and-groove (?) laminate (?) paneling with pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back, laid over painted plywood (?) on top of insulation foam. Very IKEA look. Wicker baskets under the bed work as very lightweight drawers. No toilet, no stove, no fridge, no electrical, no air conditioning, no sink.
