Optimistically this is no change over three years; pessimistically it’s a 6% price increase! This is all the more surprising given the 36% per year price decreases over the previous two and a half years. Another two years of such price decreases would reach the magic 25¢ per peak watt that Don Lancaster thinks will be needed to go net energy positive.
