• Beowulf on a card. Six single-board computers on a plug-in PCI card, for something like $2000 or $2500, all running a standard Unix and talking to each other via TCP/IP. Would have been great if it had shipped.
• X is Pretty, last really updated 9 November 1997. Things started changing too fast for me to keep up, so I abandoned it.
